Effect Photonics published a note discussing the ongoing development of a supply chain for optics and DSP silicon designed for QSFP28 100G coherent modules. The note mentioned Cignal AI’s recent 100ZR report (see 100ZR: Coherent at the Network Edge) and added some commentary from Scott Wilkinson.
